These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pulsemoments.com, operated by Kyntra Media Private Limited (“Pulse Moments”, “we”, “us”). By using our website or services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Pulse Moments is a digital media platform offering editorial content, event discovery and ticketing, vendor event listings, guest posting, sponsored content and brand collaborations.

2. Accounts & Vendors

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for activity under your account.
• Vendors must complete registration and pay the applicable fees before listing events.
• We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable law.

3. Fees & Payments

• Vendor registration: ₹10,999 one-time.
• Event listing: ₹40,000 per event submitted for publication.
• Event tickets & media services: priced as shown at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). Refunds, where applicable, are governed by our Refund & Return Policy.

4. Event Listings

Vendors are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the events they list. Pulse Moments reviews submissions and may reject or remove any listing at its discretion. We are not the organiser of vendor-listed events and are not liable for their conduct.

5. Content & Intellectual Property

All content on this site, unless otherwise stated, is owned by or licensed to Kyntra Media Private Limited. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to publish and promote it.

6. Prohibited Use

You agree not to misuse the platform, post unlawful, misleading or infringing content, or attempt to disrupt the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Services are provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pulse Moments is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or attendance at listed events.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
