This Refund & Return Policy applies to all payments made to Kyntra Media Private Limited (“Pulse Moments”) through our website, processed via Razorpay.

1. Nature of Our Services

Pulse Moments provides digital media services, event ticketing and event-listing services. As most offerings are digital and delivered immediately, refunds are limited as described below. There are no physical goods and therefore no “returns”.

2. Event Tickets

• Ticket purchases are eligible for a refund only if the event is cancelled or rescheduled by the organiser, or if a cancellation request is raised at least 7 days before the event date.
• Approved ticket refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Convenience/processing fees are non-refundable.

3. Vendor Registration Fee (₹10,999)

The one-time vendor registration fee of ₹10,999 covers onboarding and account activation. It is non-refundable once the vendor account has been activated, as the service is rendered on activation.

4. Event Listing / Submission Fee (₹40,000)

• The ₹40,000 per-event listing fee is charged when a vendor submits an event for publication.
• If an event submission is rejected by Pulse Moments during review, the listing fee is fully refunded within 5–7 business days.
• Once an event is published/live, the listing fee is non-refundable.

5. Media & Subscription Services

Guest posts, sponsored content, brand collaborations and subscription plans are non-refundable once work has commenced. If we are unable to deliver a paid service, a pro-rata refund or credit will be offered.

6. How to Request a Refund

Email contactus@pulsemoments.com with your payment reference and reason. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay.
